"Is there anything in the negative category on this scale? I would give this company a negative rating and suggest that no one use their services. When you call you are directed to the website to which you are asked to enter all your information including your credit card information. You are then given a confirmation that someone will call you back. After four hours of no call, I called and while explaining this situation and that I had to leave at 4 am in the morning I was disconnected. Called back and politely explained again the situation as maybe he didn't understand. I was immediately informed I did not have a reservation. I mentioned the fact that my CC information was in their system and was immediately hit with cursing from the other end as well as told not to call back again. The rudeness of this agent has prompted me to file a police report and a complaint with the BBB of NOVA. Suggest if you have the same experience that you also do the same. This is a service industry and enough complaints will cause this business to rethink its employment processes or go out of business."

"Horrible. I made an online reservation for an early morning fare. When the dispatcher called to confirm the reso he told me the fare from Mclean to Alexandria would be $75. When I told him to cancel the reso because I had decided to take Uber the dispatcher proceeded to VERBALLY HARASS me and would not hang up the phone. I'm using all social media outlets to warn everyone - rates are UNREASONABLY HIGH and dispatchers are Unprofessional and Rude."

"If I could give this company negative reviews I would. The dispatcher was rude from the beginning, tried to charge me $75 and when I asked why it was so much (it's always $45-55 from my location) he said, "well you can think about it and call us back" and hung up. I've used this service several times in the past, partially cause I feel bad that Uber is stealing business from them. Forget that though. Never again. They've just lost a customer who travels 2-3 times a month and takes a taxi each time."

"Tried to use this company for an early morning trip to the airport. No one will pick up the phone for reservations, they must be made online. I got no confirmation, email or otherwise. I tried to call in the morning for a confirmation that a car was coming. It went straight to voicemail. The pickup time came and went, I'm now late, so I took uber."

"If you're going to the airport or leaving it, this is THE BEST service you could want! HOWEVER if you're not, the drivers pick and choose which rides they want, depending on their past experience of the destination and name of the rider. They lie about waiting outside places or even driving by, outrageous lies and blatant, often leaving the receiver of the calls on the wrong end of justified tempers. Clearly, 'control' may well be where they take the calls, but they have no say or control over who picks up the passenger. Half don't speak English, MOST have NO IDEA how the GPS even works. I don't believe most the the so called good reports I've read, i represent a couple of different firms who have individuals that have fallen to this attitude. SO yes, go to the airport, or leave it with this firm, they will be brilliant, its cost effective and the tips are worth it. DON'T ever go to a local shop or supermarket even mall and expect it to turn up on time or at all 7-10 times. If they can't speak English how can they read it, how did they pass any driving test which REQUIRES A WRITTEN EXAM? Cabs are usually clean and warm, just in migration it feels Don't complain because they will treat you worse, and the drivers, are like over emotional children if you question them, or don't understand what is supposedly being said. Now that's a fair comment on the service."
