When I try to shrink my boxes so my goods can fit into my car, she will say don't fill the dumpster because you will be charged $200. Why do you have one there then? She is always rude so I am use too it now. But the company always transports my goods on time. So no problem with that. Just have to deal with the receptionist lady always."

"The lady in at the Columbia /Baltimore office is very rude, impatient, inflexible, and cold-hearted. She has the lapses during normal working hours, long lunch break, unpredictable early closing. The customers must conform to her schedule and orders; it’s Her Way or No Way! Don’t expect her to answer your questions nicely. You should feel lucky if she does not yell at you or hang up your phone all of the sudden. With her terrible attitude, she ranks on the worst among the worst in customer service! Overall, UCL is nothing but cheap. You get what you pay for."
