"The "new" dispatcher is rude, lately they haven't been sending a text message where you can know the drivers name License plate, car model, and estimated arrival time. Due to them not sending this text when 10-15 minutes go buy I call again and ask when is the driver coming the dispatcher everytime rudely says "in a minute" and hangs up. This particular time he did that I wait 40 minutes for a ride still wasn't there so I order an uber instead when I got home from taking an uber instead, I still didn't get a text or call stating my driver was there so that means he canceled my ride just bcuz I asked when will it be here. Also call 30 minutes before you need to be somewhere bcuz they will make you late!"
