"I went to make a return at Windsor store in the Springfield mall today. I treated very bad by the store manager She was very rude ,she and angry because I didn’t want to give her my email. She slammed my items on the counter and proceeded to accuse me of having an attitude.. The experience was so upsetting that I left the store in tears. I will never in my life shop at this store again. The customer service was Terrible. Beware the manager was a black woman with dreads."

"I was first captivated by the display in the window. That’s what drew me in. My first time at this store and I felt welcomed! The associate Den’a help me put some wonderful outfits together for upcoming Valentines Day out. Superb customer service and she is very knowledgeable! She made me feel comfortable and we had lots of laughs! She listened to the look that I wanted to create, and she found some beautiful pieces! Everything is wonderfully made. Good quality clothes and fairly priced. This is definitely going to be my new go to store!"
