"If you are the kind of people who likes to shop around and left alone, than, this is not the place for you. Store employees asking questions, like, I understand they’re trying to be nice, but being nice or not, if I don’t like the quality of the clothing, I’m not buying anything, like, give us some room and space to decide whether or not we’re buying something , they see you grabbing an item, next thing you know you have the employee in your face asking if she could “fix a fitting room” for you and what not. They need to stop because it’s really annoying!"
"The manager at the store Ms Susan Yost treated me like a person that was trying to take advantage of a situation. My purse has discolored and she thought I was stupid by telling me that ALL leather get discolored. She even told me that that she thought it was not even water marks. I’ve never felt that way and I’ve been to multiple stores around the DC and MD and VA area. Wow. I will report her to headquarters."
