"Came by on Sunday at 12:05pm and they were closed. They have a sign on their door that says they open at 12pm, but doors were locked and inside was completely empty, no employees in sight. Wasted my time coming here and just decided to leave. I have been a huge fan of this chain but this is unacceptable to me."

"Can we give zero stars? Absurd, Absurd, Absurd. After 2 weeks of processing our refund in store, no one is willing to help us understand why our credit card hasn't yet received the funds. Just called the store (4/14) and it looks like they just don't care...the usual response is to call customer service, which we did 3 times, but no success. Interestingly enough, after receiving the products back in store, it seems that there's no interest in helping us anymore. It's disappointing to see that level of customer service in store. Great products, but the location in Reston VA is no longer our option."
