"Went in not sure if I would fit into the clothing. Tried a size zero and it was a tad big on me. I was apprehensive trying a double zero and I wished I did. I'll be sure to go back soon to try again. I was greeted the moment I walked in and the lady that was working, can't remember her name helped me out with different opinions. Edit: I went back and bought the long champagne pink dress, along with a bra. I'm so happy. All the staff there were very helpful. Thank you again. I appreciate all your help. You made my evening great. I'll be sure to come back again in the near future."
"Geneva and Victoria don't play fair! They're magic genies I tell you! I went in for one outfit for my birthday and they not only showed me several but also helped me style them. I had to to narrow my choices down to two outfits and leave the others behind, which nearly broke my heart. I absolutely loved the outfits they picked and was so grateful for their patience as I asked for so much help and I'm just a "tad picky". The genies worked more magic at check out and I loved watching that total drop! Thank you so much guys! Gotta love the sales!"
"I’ve been here twice and I’m not sure I’ll stop in again. Same employee was there as before im pretty sure she’s a manager or sales lead. When I enter the store I never get a glance, a greeting or a run down of the sales. Anyone else who comes in the employee is immediately greeting them and welcoming them into the store. Twice I’ve been here and seen this happen to me by the same employee. I somewhat feel discriminated. I feel unwelcomed by the employee by being totally ignored. Today I stopped in and had to help myself to a fitting room. I love Torrid and what they offer but I don’t think I’ll visit this location again if I will continue to be discriminated for the reason that employee sees in me."

"Went shopping for my daughter Katy for Christmas at torrid in Frederick Md. we received excellent service and when they didn’t have her size they ordered for us! We received awesome sale prices! They have their Semi Annual Sale going on still! Amazing prices! Wonderful quality"
