"Party City was always a place that I can always go to to get help with the balloons or any party events that I do. Sara manager was very kind answering all questions I had for party and she give my son a balloon for free which was a very kind gesture by her. Even though they don't have much selection here because it is a smaller store you can still find everything that you need here I would recommend going for your party stuff. Thank You"

"The did a great job on the balloons I purchased from another business. They filled each balloon with a longer lasting helium for $2 per balloon and arranged them for us when we picked up the order. They did a great job, Kaiden was great!"

"Ok so first of all I need to give a shout out to John who works at the Cranberry location and sometimes the Monroeville location also. This man needs a raise because he goes above and beyond to help his customers. He helped my mom at the Monroeville store to get JoJo Siwa party decorations for my 3 year olds birthday. Then he went above and beyond again at the Cranberry location to help my wife and I with balloons for my wife’s baby shower. The store was pretty busy, he was getting yelled and cursed at by some women upset about her first communion balloons ribbons but he kept his composure and was able to help us quickly despite being behind that day and having some irate customers. If you need party needs, balloons filled or just want some good old fashioned customer service go to this Party City. (I will try and add pics of the balloons for my wife’s shower)"
