"The Doctor that we saw for my son was great, however I would not go there again after dealing with the front desk. The Doc forgot to send the prescription to our pharmacy, no big deal. I called the next morning after our visit the previous day and they said that they would send it over after messaging the Doctor at 8:30 in the morning. I stop back at the pharmacy after work (4:45)and they still do not have the prescription. I call back and they say that the Doctor was busy with patients all day so the meds never got sent or approved. They could not tell me when he would approve the meds to pick up so I am left in limbo after they assured me that it would be ready a couple of hours after the call in the morning. Not really acceptable when trying to get medication."

My son had to go to first floor after and get a boot fitted to his foot when walked down the lady had rudely told me to sign in and sit down someone will be with me when they can well I had gotten up and went to look at a magazine and just being noisy I walk back to my seat look into the therapy area being noisy and I go to sit down and that same women looked at me and told me if I'm in rush and had said something else but I had looked at her funny and was wondering why she was saying that to me excuse me but I'm just looking around and stuff I told her she is a rude Yankee"
