She listened to what I said and made three, perfect arrangements -exactly- as we had discussed. She was very responsive to calls and emails and sent photos as promised. The flowers were there on time -- and they were perfect. My family and I were very happy with how they turned out. Thank you, Donna!"

"I needed flowers for my dancer daughters’ recital on a Sunday. It seems no florists are open on Sunday so I ordered these on Friday and arranged to pick them up Saturday. The younger lady I dealt with assured me I could do this and just keep them in water until the 5pm show next day. When I went to pick them up Saturday around noon (closing time), the more experienced sales lady told me that could be done. but it would be more ideal if I picked them up Sunday morning, since she would be there then around 9:30. This is what we ended up doing and the flower arrangements were just beautiful. Thank you Flowers n Ferns for the great accommodation and wonderful service.
