"No regard for patients time. Drove my father all the way from Buffalo to Rochester for an appt. with Dr. Li that I had made over a month ago only to be told that he had a "prior engagement" and was not there. I was told that "someone should have called me the previous day" to let me know, except nobody did. Clearly it wasn't a "prior engagement" or he would have known about it more than a day in advance. So after finding someone to watch my children for the day and driving over 3 hours, I completely wasted my time and received a half-hearted apology in return. They wouldn't even reschedule the appt. for me and said I would have to call and try to reschedule. I will def. be finding a new doctor for my father."
