I told John my budget, he created a beautiful bouquet for my wife and actually charged me less than we agreed. "everything was wrong - i needed same day delivery, i ordered before the cutoff time, then i was told they couldnt do same day delivery and i was asked if i was ok with next day delivery. i responded telling them i needed it to be same day, but got no response. followed up later telling them to just cancel my order so i could use the refunded money to order from somewhere else that day since i was already on a low budget to begin with. still no response and i had no idea if they were going to deliver it that day or not, or if they would fulfill my cancellation/refund. ended up not having the money to order from somewhere else for the same day and i was (still am) really upset over it because ill never get that day back. come next morning i get a message that it was delivered in the morning (the day after i needed it) i responded asking about my cancellation/refund since i was confused why it was delivered when i was clear that i needed it to be same day and that i needed the money back to order from somewhere else. asked about cancellation/refund and never got a response. my recipient sent me a picture of the order later - it looks so embarrassing compared to the pic on their website, & the card was so unprofessional and inappropriate for my occasion - everything in all caps, no formatting, unnecessary info on the front, had my phone number on it too for some reason. i expected it to be more well done considering it was a sympathy arrangement, and considering the price i paid. this was NOT worth $71. regret ordering from here. really disappointed i was really expecting better."
