"I placed my order before 12noon like it says on the website for holidays, wanted my arrangements to be sent to my husband job , so I kept Checking my email for updates once I didn’t see any updates I called to try to talk to someone nobody never picked up the phone and I listened to that recorded message for 1hr 1/2, Ridiculous I never got a call or email saying they couldn’t deliver my package or nothing , I will be getting a refund. I never ever had any problems with the other locations, I will be making a report to the corporate office and I will never ever order anything from this location again,, Terrible Experience."
