"I placed an online balloon and flower order for my wife’s birthday with delivery on May 18, 2021. The flowers, vase, and balloons were very beautiful and were delivered right on time at 4pm. My only problem is the flowers became really droopy within the first 3 days of receiving them and looked like they were starting to die. Surely a fresh floral arrangement should last longer and still look beautiful beyond 3 days. I’m quite disappointed. Also, I could’ve have gone to chain store (Harris Teeter, Lidl, Wegmans) and spent a lot less, but chose to support a local flower shop instead due to the hardship most are facing due to the Coronavirus. I just wish the quality matched the premium that I paid. **UPDATE** 6/1/21 The flowers were properly cared for and watered each day, not in hot or direct sunlight so they did not become droopy/die due to lack of water, hydration or heat. Instead of the owner taking responsibility and trying to make this right, blamed it all on me. How unprofessional!"
