"This store deserves 10 stars!!! I ordered gift cards and typed the apartment number wrong. An employee (I think the manager) personally delivered it to my house so I could get it in time for Xmas! Not only do my twin nieces love your products, but your customer service has is outstanding, truly above and beyond! I'm a customer for life."

"Disappointed that I’ve shopped at the Exton location pretty frequently with my kids and today will be the last. My son got a playmobil set for $39.99 and I found that online for $10 less- fine. The biggest issue I found was my son got a mini brands ball. I looked at my receipt as soon as I left the store and found that I was charged $12.99. I returned that and went right over to Target where I paid $4.61. I don’t even want to think about how much more I’ve been ripped off by this store."
