"I did not want to miss the opportunity to recognize two of the most patient, kind and helpful Customer Service Associates. I made a couple purchases in the Men’s department for my husband during the holiday season. Unfortunately, the sizes were off and I needed to exchange them for the right size. However, even though it is totally unlike me, I tossed the receipts. Soooo… upstairs personnel explained they could not make an exchange without evidence that I had purchased them, especially since I had also taken the items out of their original packaging prior to wrapping them in holiday wrap. Understanding fully the reasoning I headed to Customer Service downstairs. Sidney, the associate there tried finding the purchase on the computer based on dates I had given her. Unfortunately, for what ever the reason she could not locate the transaction. Another associate by the name of Joanne was in ear shot snd came over to help. Both of these ladies spent at least 20 minutes trying to find proof of my purchase while no making me feel bad or even thinking that I might be retuning stolen goods. They worked tediously trying to find ways of finding the info needed. Both Sidney & Joanne put me at ease with light conversation in between looking, never giving up on the search. Finally, they were able to find the purchase and allow me to exchange everything for the right size. They exhibited extreme patience and smiles the entire time. Their Customer Service was amazing!! They never gave up and did not let me get frustrated and walk away and give up ether. Macy, thanks for providing your employees with excellent customer service skills. Kudos to Sidney & Joanne!"

"So if I could give the Exton PA Macy zero stars I would. I received 3 shirts from my daughter for Christmas. They did not fit. I tried to exchange them for the right size. 1st their cashier did not understand my english very weil. We tild them no less than 4 times that we did not have a receipt. They found the sale that my daughter made and could see that she paid for them by credit card. We asked for a store credit but no so they credited my daughters credit card. They lost the sale. Thats ok we went to Boscov and found like king musch cheaper. Tgis is why Macys is having issues. Last time we shop at Macy"

"Despite the fact that Exton Square Mall is pretty much dead, this is one of the to performing stores in this district. It has a beautiful escalator atrium, a gorgeous furniture gallery, and a pristine vintage elevator."

"This is a review of how great ANITA was. The moment myself and my mother walked into Macys through the men’s department this past Saturday 7/77/23, Anita was beyond helpful. She was working in the men’s department yet still helped to point us into the right direction for the other department we were looking for. She totally knew her stuff with the Macys card and was super informative. We really appreciated her telling us all of the benefits of the Macys card. Friendly, professional, and a super sweet person. I wish there were more Anita’s out there- stellar employee. Such an enjoyable experience."

"A moderate to big size macys located at exton mall. It used to very happening store , due to the mall becoming ghost mall the crowd is reduced a lot in the store. But still staffs at service are and all across the store were active and sad to see less crowd. Customer support the BM store always better for local community. I prefer the store instead of online and will do so till the store lasts here. As a collection wise you can expect a regular macys product selection. I try to do a store pickup once in a while and love the size and collections in the locations."
