"This was just a very unprofessional experience. My husband worked so hard on keeping his order a secret from me. He ordered me an arrangement and 6 chocolate covered strawberries because the location refused to make any special requests on our order. I believe if the customer is requesting a change and offering to pay extra it shouldn’t be that hard to make accommodations accordingly. This store called me to make sure that I was home for the delivery even though my husband told them I would be because they “didn’t want to waste the gas to come to me” if I wasn’t home, they ruined the surprise. That is what the voicemail to me said. I was going to let that slide but our order looked like they put no care at all into it. The decorations did not look at all like advertised and two of my 6 strawberries were rotten! Pictures below! Get it together edible arrangements your gifts are overpriced already but to get an overpriced arrangement with rotten fruit…. Bad service for sure."
"My friend recently had a miscarriage this past year and today was her due date I wanted to remind her she wasn’t alone. Thanks to the staff here at edible arrangements they made it happen. They were all polite and generous."
"I would give this store location zero stars if it were an option. On June 6th, I ordered a package bundle for my sisters birthday. At first, they didn’t have the balloons and left me a message 10 minutes before delivery. Then when they delivered the package, my sister received wilted and dead flowers. When I called them, they asked if I wanted a refund or a “fresh” bouquet and I asked for a fresh bouquet to make up for the previous one. Two deliveries in a row, they sent wilted and dead flowers. At this point I wanted a refund. However, when I called the lady on the phone let telling me their manager wasn’t available and that I would receive a call back. I called three days in a row and was told the same thing. It has been over a month and still have not received that call back or refund. Terrible customer service. Do not order from them."
