"FTM and very pleased with this practice so far. All of the pediatricians have been knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Desai is our favorite so far but we haven't seen the gentleman yet. Office staff is friendly and scheduling has been a breeze. Convenient location to where we live and access is easy with it being on the first floor."

"I held off writing this review for a few years now hoping my experiences would get better, but they didn't. I've been taking my older son here for 7 years and I have a 3 year old that goes there now too. Every time I call to make an appointment here there's an issue. The front desk receptionists either leave the phone ringing for 5-10 minutes at a time or they just never answer. They can Never schedule a sick appointment for you, you NEED to speak with their rude and condescending nurse, Nadine, who then decides if she'll allow you to schedule one. Every time I go for any type of appointment there's a long wait. Sometimes the majority of the wait is in the waiting room before you're called back and sometimes it's after you're back in a room and check-in, waiting for the doctor. I've waited between 30-70 minutes on most of my visits. I will probably be finding a new place soon."

"The doctor's and particularly 2 nurses in office are amazing! I have taken 3 kids to them for around 18 years. That being said, I actually work a triage line for a pediatric practice myself and I would NEVER speak to or treat people the way the nurse, Nadine, does. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never wanted to switch practices, but at this point I am highly considering going to my own place of employment as I know none of my coworkers treat people in this manner. I would never typically put something like this out here because we all have bad days but this is my 3rd terrible interaction with her. I got a hold of a different nurse the next day who was friendly and helpful. She really helped solve the issue!"

"I felt the need to write a review after seeing the low ratings of a place that I have had nothing but good experiences with over the past 5 years. Both of my children have received great care from the friendly and helpful staff. I never feel rushed and every question and concern I've had has been answered. I highly recommend Pediatric Alliance in Greentree!"

"I recently took my 2 month old daughter here for her 2 month check up and shots. I let the doctor know I wanted to do 2 shots at a time and I would come back the next week for the other two, because my family has always had bad reactions to vaccines. Her doctor basically made me feel like I was stupid and dismissed my concerns about it. She got her rotavirus vaccine this past Tuesday and has been throwing up almost everything she eats since. I’m a first time mom and was concerned for my baby so I called the nurse to see what I can do for her and she basically said I wasn’t burping her enough, and it’s not the vaccine. She is 9 weeks old and has never had a problem with this before. I am switching pediatricians after this, I want someone who listens to my concerns and isn’t so dismissive."
