"Doctors are great, but the place is dirty and needs to be remodeled. Please contact the landlords. AC vents and filters are filthy and the carpet needs to be changed. This cannot be sanitary. A doctors building should be clean when you are taking a sick child. My son is a baby and I do not know what the air quality is like in there."

Does not matter that your child has already been seen at a different UPMC CCP location, does not matter if they are the only office in the area open for walk ins...your child who is crying in pain will be turned away."

"Highly, highly recommend this practice. My son, who has been a daycare kid for years, never gets sick and if he does it’s for a day or 2. He has come down with a mystery virus that after almost a week, has now gotten worse. I as a panicked mom, had him seen at the beginning of the week, ruled out most things and figured he would get better. By the end of the week, he was getting worse. I’m had been seeing Amy Baker, PA and I can’t say enough good things. She brought us back in, knowing how panicked I was and never making me feel like my feelings weren’t validated. She genuinely seemed concerned for my kid and ordered a number of different things for him. We still don’t know what he has, but I know my doctors are there for us if we have any more concerns. It means so much to be listened to and to feel like my son is getting the best of care. It was easy to get in when needed. Again, highly recommend this practice."
