"Ive never been so thankful in my entire life, i a scared mom scheduled a sick visit for my son, who had a belly ache , and vomiting Wednesday afternoon. We saw Dr Mercedes , she saved my sons life and for that i owe her everything! She sent us to childrens , where he had to go into surgery to remove his Appendix. The doctors at children kept saying how lucky we are to caught it so soon and how rare its caught at that stage, that we did everything right as parents, but i just wanted to share the credit with her as well. I called the office to thank her, she was in seeing other paients just incase she doesn’t receive my message , THANK YOU Dr. Mercedes ! Thanks to you my son is now home safely in his room, and after healing from surgery will be back to normal. Forever youll have a special place in our heart."

"All the doctors there seem reasonable and attentive. Never had a negative experience. Yes it does take a while to talk to a nurse on the phone.. but that seems typical for medical facilities.i love the morning walk in option and that they have numerous locations."

"Any time you call, you sit on the phone for 20+ minutes. Called the emergency line because my son got worse than what he was at his appointment earlier in the week and I was told to call, they told me “the wait time isn’t long, I’m taking you off of the emergency line” & I sat on hold for 26 minutes & 35 seconds before I finally hung up. We’re switching PCPs because they can’t even answer a phone."

"Whatever you do plz do NOT allow Dr.Tate to see your child. Everyone else at the office is wonderful but Tate has either severe mental issues or is blind as a bat. Its to the point now where I am contacting an attorney, that's how horrible of an experience we had with this lunatic of a doctor. So save yourself the stress that we have gone through and do NOT allow this man to examine your child."
