"This plaza suffers from the ambivalence of the nearby apartment residents and the continued loss of the mall. You have to give the plaza tenants props for trying to make the best of it with so much trash casually strewn about the area. It's a shame that the people who live here do not have more self respect and pride than to trash up their own neighborhood."
