"What happened to the Jefferson location? It used to have long term friendly employees. It now seems they have a revolving door of untrained employees. They had signs all down the the candy isle " buy 2 get 1 free" when I got to register they were not ringing up that way. The young man at counter told me he had to go by what the register said. I asked for a manager. He informed that she wasn't there, and if she was she would tell me the same thing. My next visit I bought 2 bags of chips , a can of lipton tea and a bottle of Coke. The lady at register (with an assistant manager tag) was trying to force my can in the bag with the chips. I ask her to put in separate bag as not to smash my chips. She put can in separate bag then tried to put my bottle of coke in chip bag. I asked her if that really made sense since I just asked her not to smash my chips. I told her being an assistant manager she should have a little more sense when bagging up food.I asked her who her boss was she said " Roberta but she thinks customers are a nuisance si good luck! I'm done with this place."
"It's been a hard time for them keeping my cigarettes in. We spend a lot of money there for them not to have but maybe a cartin in a week. We have asked time and time again to please get more. Guess it's time to find a better place to give our money to!"
