"McDonald's no longer serving snack wraps allowed ANY other fast food chain the opportunity to take advantage of a niche market. Burger King came close but still missed the mark. Hardee's however... Good. Lord. One of the smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen before in my life. Maybe two bites for an adult. The oil used to cook this minuscule chicken tender was terrifyingly old. To the point where I couldn't even taste the chicken tender, all I could taste was fryer. Put that chicken tender into a tortilla that is somehow too small for the tiny chicken tender (literally would not wrap around the chicken tender). The tortilla was dry and crunchy like it had been left out in the sun too long. Besides the chicken tender, you can also expect to find wilty disgusting lettuce and enough cheese to fit in a quarter teaspoon. I ordered ranch ones but there was approximately zero ranch dressing on this thing. I tried. I did my best. But that was the absolute worst food I've ever had from a fast food restaurant, especially to make something so simple. Prior to this experience, I hadn't been to Hardee's in about 20 years and I think I'm going to wait another 20 if this chain lasts that long."
"HUGE IMPROVEMENTS!!! From the person taking our order, the wait for our food, the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, all the way to the obvious happiness of the employees. We all know this place has struggled for years, definitely give them another try!!"
"Love the food here, staff is extremely friendly. New management and team gas brought this place back to life. The company made the best call hiring the store manager. She's friendly and has brought the store back to its former glory."
"This morning there were 2 employees working at Hardee’s and they were excellent despite being absolutely slammed. I appreciated their hard work and positive attitude. I wish tipping at a fast food drive thru was a norm because they deserved it."
"To update as of 8/23 this store is still not open and when it is you only see maybe one or two cars. It's pretty much always deserted. Several times I've tried to go there had been a hand written sign stating closed due to staffing shortage. I'd wager this equates to bad management as this is the only restaurant in this town that seems to have this issue. The burgers are pretty decent comparative to any other fast food chain. The prices are a bit high but comparable to other fast food restaurants."
