"Poor Billing service, the lady I spoke with was nice. However the bill they sent me is wrong they billed my old insurance company. So. I have to deal with a bill from my deceased wife."

After waiting almost 3 months for an appointment, the office calls me 2 days before my appointment to tell me “ The doctor won’t be in that day so they have to reschedule”? Ok, so I am rescheduled for 2 MORE MONTHS LATER. This second time, they call me 3 days ahead of appointment to tell me “ The doctor won’t be in the day of my appointment, so I need to reschedule”! Really? Are you kidding me? I can see once, maybe an emergency ( most likely not since it was 2 days ahead of time) Don’t bother going here unless you really don’t need treatment- because the only time that’s valuable is there own!"

"I've never been to this office. They sent me a bill, but it didn't say what it's for and their billing agency is beyond useless. It's been 4 months and they still can't tell me what the bill was for."

"AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Unless your time has absolutely no value to you- because it truly is not a care for them. My 1st experience here was OK, then everything went downhill. They had my husband waiting months for his sleep study, only to find it was never ordered. We had to wait 3 more months for his CPAP return, again failure to follow through by the office. The last straw for me- Twice, they made me wait over an hour when they were running behind for my appointment, but the day I was 15 mins late (due to an accident on Germantown) they took my payment, had me sit for 5 mins, then told me that they have to reschedule. I even called from my car to say I would be late and was told "No Problem, thanks for calling, see you soon". I asked why I was told it's ok on the phone and they said "No one here would tell you that"- gave the person's name and they said "Oh she's new, she shouldn't have told you it's ok. Well, she did.... and I've had enough. Completely inept office staff."
