"Quick easy check in. Quick visit with the PA. She listened to my problem and was respectful. She did a chaperoned exam since it was a private concern. Was able to fill the antibiotic prescription right then and there. Was in and out within 35 min. Very pleased with my visit. Would definitely recommend."

"Easy process, very clean, all staff members were nice, caring & respectful. Just wished I could have left with my prescriptions instead of going to CVS. Amazed that I could get in & out in 35 mins especially since my family doctors could not see me for 5 days. I would recommend this location."

"I’ve never been to this Patient First location before, and they were great! Front desk staff as well as nurses and the PA that I saw were all very nice and helpful! The PA thoroughly checked my X-ray and was able to diagnose the problem. The only little downside is although I got back into a room and got X-rayed quickly, I ended up sitting there for a bit longer than I expected to before I was seen. Other than that I thought they were great!! I would go to this location again over some of the others!"

"Best place. Best service. It’s flu season and wait time of 2 hours compares to 8-10 hours at the hospital is a whole lot better. Besides that - the staffs are all attentive from getting you water, hot teas/coffee to crackers to warm blankets make any patients feel comfortable and pampered. Although I witnessed some patients who do not have the patience AT ALL and rude to the staff members, some of them even using vulgar languages towards providers which is totally rude and unacceptable ….And of course those are the one who would leave complaints and rude comments on here. I love my experiences at PF and would recommend this place to everyone."

"The staff was so friendly and seemed to actually care about my injury. They treated me with respect and were very personable. The doctor made sure to get me out of pain and respect my wishes to use non-narcotic medication. He described every prescription he sent to my pharmacy and exactly how to use it. They take the time to make you feel important and not like a inconvenience like some hospital and offices do. The nurses were so sweet and hospitality makes all the difference especially when you are scared and in pain. Also, the decorations in there was so cute which makes the atmosphere feel upbeat. Great to preoccupy and distract the children with parents and those as patients."
