She listened to my concerns and had some very good feedback and recommendations. We came up with a great game plan. I really look forward to working with her to help maximize my bladder health. But what I will say is that Chelsea was the person who not only corrected some of the problems I had previously, but clearly they thought it was appropriate to have her see me when I come in. She was awesome today. On time and extremely helpful and personable, while helping me with a new possible malady on the horizon! Trying to differentiate back strain from a potential kidney stone was an unexpected need for my routine visit. But Chelsea was just great in making me know she understood my concerns and that we were addressing things as efficiently as possible.
