"It took me fifteen years to find a doctor that I love and am 100% comfortable with and that doctor is Dr. Theune. She's very warm and personable, she takes the time to explain things to me and isn't a doctor that just tries to shove prescriptions down your throat for everything. She's not going to sugar coat things, which personally, I don't want a doctor to do. I can't say enough good things about her. Also, her office is excellent about getting you right in for your appointment unlike other doctors where you're waiting around for 30+ minutes."
"This woman is a rude, condescending and belittling. She does not listen and let me quote her “ I am a Dr. I know more” but didn’t bother asking my background & or experience. When you see patients for a whole 10/15 minutes and not work one on one all day every day with the same one you may not know more. Each patient is different!!! Just because one may be a Dr. does not make her better than the next. Her personality proves it!!! Dr. Menkin was a Dr. who listened. Dr. Chang is another Dr. who listens. She should have taken notes from him. Don’t think he would be to pleased."
