"I’ve been here two times and have had no issues..the staff is friendly and very professional..my appointment took only ten minutes and when I told them I wasn’t a big fan of bloodwork they brought out a more comfortable chair and made sure I was doing well throughout it..definitely recommend going here for a quick, easy, thorough appointment"
"After leaving the Newton office which was horrible, smelly and ladies were rude . We went to Hackettstown office with my son the ladies were very polite and caring. Made him feel comfortable. Also help me sign in since I made a mistake . Great service."

"The absolute worst inefficient lab in both Hackettstown,NJ and Newton. We arrive and they claim no knowledge of receiving script from doctor. This took nearly 3 hours of wait time to sort out with the doctor office and they had it all along. Repeat same scenario in Hackettstown office. You need an appointment to just drop a urine sample and to sign in with credentials. And forget trying to get a live person - their phone is totally robotic and each choice circles you back to another robot. The on-line system would not allow me to make appointment. My husband has Parkinson/dementia and when I did get a live person (in UTAH) - they wanted to speak with him for verification expecting him to answer a series of questions while on Parkinson medication. His doctor likes Quest. I hate Quest and highly recommend LabCorp for better more efficient friendly service."
