"My mom died on Mother's Day 2023. Today is August 28th (100 days since her passing) and her doctor, Mobile Physician Group Medical Director DR. CAROLYN CAVUTO, has never reached out to our family. No phone call, no card. No form letter that says "sorry your mom is dead." NOTHING WHATSOEVER. Interestingly our cat died a few days ago. I called Chewy (pet food supplier) in order to schedule a return of one of the cat's unopened medications and the very next day received a big gorgeous fresh flower bouquet at the door with a hand written sympathy note from Chewy....a pet food supply company has more compassionate care than Mobile Physician Group and their medical director?! Let that be a warning. Go elsewhere if your loved one is sick! Dr. Cavuto is an AI robot with no heart. Vile. Edit: It is now almost 6 months since my mom's passing. No call. No note. SICKENING."

"Avoid The office staff is nice, but Dr. Cavuto never returns phone calls, or schedules routine visits. She will send refills for prescriptions without seeing the patient."
