Virtua Urgent Care - Mount Holly

"Ruth F at the Mt. Holy Virtua Urgent Care was amazing 1/23/24. Her communication skills and mannerisms made me come back the next day. I really appreciate that type of customer service. It is rare in today's in society. I'm making this facility my family base for Urgent Care. The next day i came back for my appiontment. Wow, the service I received was great. Audrey is an asset to the company . What a nice human being. You don't see that alot today. I gave her a 10 on her services. Dr.Rashida Mengi, what can I saw, the quality of professionalism is there. I wish she had her own practice, I would be a permanent patient. She's excellent. Thanks to the crew for taking care of me . It was greatly appreciated. Walter"

"I brought my wife there last night for a respiratory issue. With an appt. we only waited 5 mins. The P.A. was nice and courteous They did tests and Dr. K. was very helpful and polite. My wife feels much better today."

"Arrived at 2:30 pm with an asthma episode the place was empty. I was told they were not taking any more patients, that I needed an appointment. The lady suggested me to go to the emergency room or wait until there was a spot available. I was very dissapointed , but at least Atlantic Urgent care helped me with no problems."

"The staff and service is horrible. There were three people waiting and I was told it will be an hour wait plus no one do x rays. An hour later I was told I was next then they took someone else in. In the meantime, I watched the staff inside do NOTHING !!!! Just laughing and giggling. The lady at the front desk texting on her phone. My mom was in lot of paid yet the nurse was checking her height. She is 70 plus she didn’t grow or shrink!!!! Then sat in exam room for over an hour waiting for doctor."

"Our whole experience was less than 20 min. My son had an earache, and we didn't want to wait for Monday for our PCP to see him. The staff was nothing but delightful. We have been to a few urgent care facilities in this area, but this one is our favorite. Feeling confident that the health needs of your loved ones are taken care of is the best relief!"
