"Can't get a call into the office,once you do they want you to come in for a refill. Everything is "come in" Then they want to give you a appointment 3 months away. Your dead if you take high blood pressure medication or heart meds"
"Avoid AT ALL COSTS! This is the most disorganized, careless facility I've ever set foot in. They will bill you for services you never asked for (or received), their doctors are incompetent and lazy, and the offices are poorly-equipped and filthy - you will be sitting inches away from overflowing biohazard containers without lids while the nurse takes your blood pressure. Save yourself the trouble and go LITERALLY anywhere else."
"I've been trying to get them to refill a prescription for two months that they Tele health doctor forgot with no luck, I have glaucoma and will go blind without it. If you have life threatening meds I would think twice about this place"
"Made an appointment then came in for them to tell me my appointment has been changed to a different date. The staff is nasty and rude. No communication skills what so ever and they can't even get the right medicine right."
"This is the worst place to go for anything since Dr. Rodos has not ran the facility on Cecil b Moore it's been hell literally. I've been going since a child so when they lost all my records and no justification disappointed is an understatement. Its Impossible to talk to someone that helps. I have appointments and never get seen no one can tell me why I'm not being seen hours after my appointment. Then it's oh your number not updated, crazy part is I called you'll six times different times given my name and number and still no justification or apologies for the mess they give you stress is an understatement. Nurses are rude I never see Dr. Michelle don't even know how he's my doctor when he's never ever seen me nor talked to me. This place is bad for my mental health and they only care about the money. I need help and this place don't care about there patients. My appointment was 11:30 it's 4:30 pm and no calls nothing. Receptionist can't tell me anything but they apologize like what ?? My head hurts and no one cares to help just sorries and lies . I need a good doctor asap this not the place trust me everyone leaves and now I see why... They are horrible at it."
