Me and another customer asked for simple assistance and she was so condescending as if we interrupted her at her own home. Then she accused of toxic masculinity for no reason. "I always liked this shop. I never had a problem here. But today I bought a mango ice elf bar. The lady wearing hijab was awesome. She helped me find the only flavor I smoke. as I was driving away the vape started malfunctioning, and kept burning without me even smoking it. Then it just wouldn’t work at all. I couldn’t turn around, because I had a appointment to make. But I had faith I could go back later today and they would replace the faulty vape. When I returned there was someone else working.She said she was the “manager”. She was rude, said she would not replace the vape!! That I had to buy another one. And she would give me 15% off??? I bought this vape a few hours ago. It only worked for 3 hits. Mind you these things are almost $30. I’m a regular customer. I live across the street. I been coming to this place the past YEAR. Well your “manager” caused you to lose a customer. Same day returns are always honored at every other vape shop. It’s not like I was smoking it for a week and tried to return it. This place is terrible."
