"I was a regular satisfied customer up until my last visit at this store. What I would have normally rated as at least a 4.5 star place has now fallen to a 1-star and I've stopped shopping there. 4-Aces tubes (regular king size), clearly marked $1.99 on package, the gentleman was trying to charge me $2.99. I was purchasing 2 boxes at the time. When I explained that he can't charge more than what is labeled on the product, he actually wanted to argue with me. I told him I was in a hurry, go ahead & overcharge me but I doubt that I'd be back. Instead of completing the transaction, he wanted to argue more and wanted to show me why he could charge more than the sticker price. I walked out and went elsewhere, a place that actually only charged me the $1.99 as marked on the box. I cannot stand greed and I will not deal with such people. That's a real shame too because I always enjoyed and looked forward to seeing the lady employee who is quite attractive & fun to talk to. You would think he would've only charged me the $1.99 as marked and saved a $60/month customer from heading elsewhere. But the greed over $2 was worth it to them to lose a regular, loyal customer. Figure that out, I can't. I now shop elsewhere on the regular but I also checked with numerous tobacco shops and all of them only charge the $1.99 as is listed on the box of tubes. In fact, the store I purchase from now gives me one box of tubes for free when I buy 10. So now I'm only paying $1.80 per $1.99 box instead of $2.99 being charged at this store. I'm really going to miss the lady employee, so cute & fun to talk to. However, they wouldn't even be able to buy my business back because I just refuse to deal with such greed. Greedy people surely cannot be trusted. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere! If they haven't "gotten you" yet, it's only a matter of time!"
