"Horrible quality glass, rude staff, not a friendly or welcoming experience. Cheap, unreliable products. Bought an expensive glass bubbler, 3 days later the bottom was cracked and leaking. Very gently used, went to exchange it thinking it wouldn't be an issue since it's obviously not a quality product, and was refused."
"Bought fake Kratom here, and the clerk refused to take it back. Capsules full of white powder. Second jar they opened for me looked like it had sawdust in it. Avoid this shop at all cost. I was ripped off with no recourse."
"I have bought coils and juice for my vape here multiple times. Will say they have decent prices. But about a month ago I bought a pack of coils that had one already open inside and now I received a pack of coils with only 1 in it. So I paid twice as much for half the product. Should have checked because of the damaged one before. The guy at the store didn't even know what I was talking about when I called then listed 6 different products, tried to tell me oh yea that is how they come, then ended with yea I don't know, sorry I don't believe you okay? bye. Won't be recommending this shop or going back again."
"Bought Smok Novo pods here, I was just trying to look but the guy who was working there was extremely pushy and refused to take no for an answer, he took less than a dollar off the price, and acted like he was doing me a huge favor even though I was just looking. I get home and use the new pods, and the juice leaks right out of the pods and causes my Smok Novo to just backfire, multiple times. I call the store to see if I can exchange them, and the person I spoke to didn’t care at all. He was so unhelpful, and extremely rude to me. He grunted at me, and was completely silent for an entire minute and told me there’s nothing he can do about it. He told me I have to call a different number. I don’t recommend going here, they’re extremely overpriced and bad service"
