"Abysmal customer service. They have a portal for referrals which they never check. There is no way for the patient to check the status of any request or message as you can't access your own sent messages or referral requests. The front desk staff claims they cannot do referrals until the “referral specialist”comes in at noon. I was waiting at the doctors office and they flat out refused to help me and were extremely rude. There is a whole new staff every time I come which is telling. Save yourself some time and aggravation and go somewhere else. I have been going there for 5 years and I dread every interaction with the front desk staff so I am glad I finally have the push I need to find a new primary care doctor."

"I scheduled an appointment three months in advance since this is how long the wait is for the new patients. I called the office to confirm that they take UnitedHealthCare insurance and they said yes.Two days before the appointment they called me to confirm and everything was fine. Then I called the front desk to confirm the insurance again and they said they don’t take my plan and I’ll be responsible for the cost of the appointment. You can’t make people wait three months just to tell that you don’t accept insurance. Between this provider is listed on the insurance website as a network provider. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC."

"I've been going to RWWC for over 10 years and can't imagine being a patient anywhere else. Dr. Mazzotti is the best. She has always made me feel safe and heard even during times that I've been nervous to explain myself. Through hormonal imbalances, Lyme disease, pregnancy, postpartum issues, flu, COVID, etc, I've always received quick, thorough, and comforting care through all of it. I've also seen many of the Nurse Practitioners, and they have all been awesome too. I'm surprised to see some of these reviews, and I don't mean to discredit anyone's experience, but many of these comments seem angry at our healthcare system, which is not a fault of this office, but of our country."

"I made an appointment to see someone about women's health issues. I ended up seeing a female doctor who refused to do a women's health visit. This was such a waste of time and money, I could not be more outraged than when I had my last appointment at Penn's Women's Health Center. This is insane that a woman can not get decent healthcare in Pennsylvania. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Outside of giving no care, it is also unwelcoming and poorly run. They told me I made an appointment with the wrong doctor when I told them what I needed when I scheduled the appointment. Screw these people."

"Would not recommend for gynecology, primary care is good here. Came in for a birth control consultation and felt very talked down to and wasn't able to get any advice about my options. Expected an informative visit, but walked out feeling very confused and anxious. Someone else I know got her IUD insertion done here and also had a similar experience. The doctors and NP's are very qualified for the procedures, but do not make you feel comfortable in their care at all."
