"It seems like everybody that works there actually cares about you and how you're doing. Dr Patti, is the most incredible doctor I have ever dealt with. I cannot say she has a good bedside manner because it's more than that. Talking to her is like connecting with an old friend that you miss talking to. When my kids go in and say hi Dr Patti, the emotion in her expression is so genuine, and could never be faked. (Sometimes you see your eyes water up it's cute.) It's nice to know that not only is she my Doctor, but she's my friend. Now let me talk about the lady that runs the mat program. My goodness she's the bomb! When she talks to you, she's shoots it straight as an arrow. No mincing words with this lady and I completely admire and respect her for it. You know she's in charge from the jump and you are okay with it. When I had my first appointment, I could not find parking or locate the entrance. She actually came out of the building, came out of the parking lot, waved me down, and then had a car move so I could park. Who does that in this day and age? SHE DOES THAT WHO! It is so amazing there the whole family will be patients there in due time. It's not one of those places you see a different doctor every visit and they don't know you. It's the same doctor same people every time and they actually remember what you said to them the last time and the time before that. It's not uncommon for their first words to be high did you ever get to go do "#*$&:75$##" you mentioned last time you were here? WOW!"

"I’ve been a patient here for 15-16 yrs and I’d say that this use to be fast reliable clinic to be seen at. However once the pandemic hit they’ve definitely went down hill. It’s like they operate at their convenience at this point. It’s extremely hard to make any kind of appointments now. You call and the phone rings for hours. I’ve had to physically go there to make an appointment. The front desk receptionist (Paris) is difficult and rude. Vm & phone calls are never returned nor do they respond to the pharmacy next door (rite choice) refill request that they send in. I’ve been waiting for my prescription for 2 months now. It extremely disappointing the turn this place has took because it was at one point a very clean, comfortable and convenient place to seen. I hope they turn it back around and get it back on track and stop using the pandemic as an excuse for the bad service because we’ve been in the pandemic for almost two year and the world is running about 95% normal again"

"I was treated horribly and dismissed by the physician that I saw as well as the medical assistants. I sat for an hour waiting to be seen and had I not went looking for someone to attend to me, I would have been waiting longer. Then my needs weren't heard and the physician was very dismissive. It was a horrible experience i recommend that NO ONE attend this clinic for any reason due to how patients are treated by the staff. This whole entire practice should be shut down, staff fired and the specific physician should have her credentials removed. I give this practice ZERO STARS!"

"The facilities are clean and nice for sure. Customer service however is horrible, they yell, they cut you off when you are speaking, and they are just rude. It is almost impossible to get an appointment and whenever you call please be prepared to be on hold for at least 30mins. I've needed appointments and have had to go to CVS instead because there were no openings here. Providers refuse requested services all the time like certain examinations and referrals. I've had to call my insurance company to dispute claims on more than one occasion. I'm finally switching! The location is convenient but it is just not worth my health or the headache."

"They where better about 4years ago now I'm forced to leave....Prepare yourself to be waiting hours on the phone to get a appointment, just for them to tell you there are none available. This is my primary doctor office and I never see my actual doctor, frustrating enough she's never there so I've seen about every nurse/doctor in their office. No personal relationship with my actual at all which is very upsetting to me. Also they tell you to come in early for your appointment but, don't bother because it will just have your normal hour wait longer, your truly in the waiting room longer than you are in the room with the doctor. Your time with the doctors are rushed and my personal concerns about my health is ignored and dismissed, my guess is because they're trying to save time. Too many patients not enough doctors and rooms"
