"0/10. Would highly advise you find a different office, or at least AVOID MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR LESSER. I’ve had issues with my ears my whole life and am new to the area and made an appointment here as I’ve been having a flare up. He talked to me for only about 2 minutes the whole time I was there after I was sitting in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. He didn’t explain anything that he was doing. He looked in my ears for maybe 10 seconds each. Didn’t do anything and told me I needed a cat scan as soon as I mentioned I had previously had a cholesteatoma. When I asked if I needed my ears cleaned or if the one giving me issues looked infected he said that they looked clean and NOT INFECTED and then proceeded to PRESCRIBE ME ANTIBIOTICS ANYWAY. Needless to say I didn’t follow through with either prescription. I have 0 years of training or experience as a medical professional and even I know not to take antibiotics when I don’t need to. And naturally as I was trying to get out of this office, already flustered and frustrated, he proceeded to come up to me and shame me for not having printed copies of all of my ear health records for the past 2.5 decades. I left this appointment in tears to the point I needed to collect myself in the parking lot before I was able to leave this place in the dust. I have never been treated do this way by a medical professional before and will be driving 1.5 hours to my old dr instead."
