"Top notch provider of diagnostic services. The doctors and radiologists are very friendly and kind. The facility is clean and modern. UPDATE: I have stopped going to MWC for my mammos and exams because the lead doctor left and was replaced by a male doctor. There is nothing wrong with him but at a women's center I expect female doctors. I believe they made a very bad decision. I now use Penn. 11/23"

"Let me start and say I love these doctors. I had my son at Einstein and absolutely loved my experience. The doctors are very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable. However, it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to call and make an appointment! I have been calling now for a week to try and make an appointment. Every time it says I’m either calling during after hours (I’m not) or I’m placed on hold for at-least 20-30 minutes, then I give up and hang up. You can’t leave a message to have someone call you back. You also can’t schedule an appointment online, you can only request someone to call you, which has never worked for me, no one ever calls me back. I truly love these doctors but unfortunately I may need to change practices because unfortunately this seems a little ridiculous."

"My partner visited the women’s center today and it was horrible. They refused service because we have no insurance. On the multiple phone calls prior to the appointment they said that would be no issue and even quoted a price. When we show up, they make us wait more than an hour before telling us they “don’t have the capability to accept payment” and asked us to leave. I thought you were supposed to heal people! What happened to that? For Einstein money > your health"

"First let me say that the pictures on this web page are not how the place looks inside. It is much nicer. Not sure when those pix were taken but you should update. I have been at the Women's Center several times and have had no problems. I feel confident about going there. Sometimes, they could be a little more timely but other than that no complaints. There is one lady at the front desk who is not all that friendly. But, I don't let that bother me."

"A family member recently had their child at this facility. It was disgusting - truly! No one would sit on the sofas in the waiting room, they had visible layers of dirt and filth! The OBGYN was staffed by CNA's, not RNs. They were rude, uninformed, and made statements such as, "I ain't shure bout that -- but I can't tell you nuthin." We were there two days, and the room was NEVER cleaned or sanitized. We had to buy water for our loved ones -- they were not given meals or even water! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. After 3 attempts and 36 hours, they managed to get the spinal in place, and get her out of pain. They labor continued, and she finally delivered. Parents and baby made it out alive. That is something. We will be calling JAHCO, AAHCA and ACHC; as well as the PA Board of Health. This place needs to be shut down!"
