"Monumentally incompetent billing agent. Have been trying to straighten out their errors for a year and a half, wasting many hours, and it still isn't right. How hard is simple arithmetic? How hard is it to enter a number on the a computer screen? I would rate them minus 5 stars if I could."

"Had a procedure on 5/24/2018. On 9/14/2018, WCAA sent a debt to collections for a bill THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. I called WCAA and asked them to forward a copy of the bill so I could pay it and they advised that they CAN'T? WCAA also advised that they do not use this particular collection agency so I am baffled as to how their name got on it? WCAA was not able to answer that, either. I had to call the collection agency to ask THEM to ask THE PROVIDER to please send me this bill that I was NEVER sent in the first place. If this is how they handle their accounting, I guess I am lucky that I survived the procedure. Avoid at all costs, and if I could give ZERO stars, I would."
