"I suffer from trigeminal neuralgia and after two surgeries the chronic pain became worse. My medication, with CBD, could not stop the excruciating pain. My last hope was acupuncture. During my first visit, Dr. Gong met with me, asked questions, examined me, and asked me to come back. At the next appointment she said, yes, she could help me. Within a few visits, I was able to eat and talk pain free. I don't know what I would have done if the acupuncture did not work. Acupuncture works. Dr. Gong is professional and knows what she is doing. Give Dr. Gong a call if you are in pain, she will tell you honestly what she can do."

"Highly recommend! I had a Bells Palsy attack with total facial paralysis. Normally takes 2 months before any movement starts to come back and another 2 to 4 months to get back to normal. After 3 weeks, I had regained 75% of facial functions. After another 2 weeks, I'm at 95%! Might not sound like a big deal but when you can't speak, blink & difficulty swallowing, trust me, it's HUGE!"

"Not even the most basic pulse diagnosis was done. You can NOT do proper acupuncture with no pulse diagnosis! There should also be a tongue diagnosis. Just placed some needles where she thought pain was. Completely ignored my other issues. Chinese medicine treats the whole body. Insisted I pay her cash up front even though she confirmed my insurance. Claim was supposed to be made to reimburse ME. She made claim to reimburse HER! I confirmed with insurance company they have sent her a check. She claims she does not have it. I will be filing formal complaints if she does not reimburse me very soon! I do NOT recommend this "acupuncturist"."
