"The staff here are pretty great for the most part. Woody is absolutely outstanding and will bend over backwards to help you. Definitely one of the better VA outpatient clinics I have been too. My one and only complaint is when you leave messages here, and you can leave multiples, they don't always get the info to tour doctor or nurse. It can be extremely frustrating, especially when you run out of meds because someone didn't pass on the info that you needed a refill."
