"My husband brought in our small dogs and they told him all this was “required” and charged him but only went in for a bordetella vaccine. I guess I should have known when all the other vets are booked up for weeks and this one gets you in the same day or next, means their not very busy due to lack of customers. Shady fraudulent business and Of course the manager is not available to speak with until next week. We won’t be back and I will get my money back for the things not needed!"

"This place has the worst service, ask for a estimate to have my dog spayed, given $300.00 plus drugs. Ok so I scheduled it, was called the day before had to be seen & pre chem test taken was told I would be given credit on the total bill once completed. Arrived the morning of the spaying was expected to pay an additional amount of $378.07 on top of the $119.32 before paying I checked the bill found errors of microchip, a charge of $32.45 for mature spray charge & to top It off had to deal with a untrained individual at the counter who I got upset with I did apologize but she never heard anything as she was so snotty to me. I then ask for my dog back & took her home as I felt I was being taken by the veterinarian. They try to hide all these charges & never explained & expected me to pay blindly. I was told $300.00 total bill if I would have gone ahead with it would have been $497.39 these people need to be turned into the better business bureau for sure. I have gone there my last time."

"Sucked sooo bad, don't take your heeler there because they have ppl there afraid of the breed. They traumatized my dog so bad, lied and I have proof... Did things I specifically asked them not to. And my muzzled heeler lunged at a scared young tech... so that makes him marked as aggressive, Nope never again"
