"Dr. Tootell is my mothers doctor and I wanted to attend her appointment as she is 80 years old and has been experiencing memory issues. He sat behind his computer for the bulk of her appointment asking her questions. She said her foot has really been bothering her. He never looked at her foot. She had a terrible cold and he never acknowledged it or asked how long she had it. She had lost 12 pounds in a year without trying and he asked no questions about it. I told him my concerns and asked if he could do a simple cognitive test and he would not. I was very disappointed in his lack of care or concern for my mothers health."

"I called for a simple question for blood work. Who ever answered the phone was either not a medical professional or very poorly trained one. I explained the question and the person very rudely said "Are you a patient here (responded no) Well we certainty cant help you." Honestly i was disgusted to the point i didnt even have the nerve to ask how to become a patient. On the other hand thank you for saving me from enduring what ever "service" you might provide."
