"It’s very sad because this place used to be great until it became..awful. Dr macler was great and most of the staff, but when they switched ownership they became the most unprofessional and incompetent thing I’ve seen in medicine and I have seen it all. If I could give zero stars, I would. They lie to you, about you, change your appointments without even telling you and expecting you to read their minds, etc. if you don’t want to come out worse off than you went in, try literally anywhere else. Ketamine itself is great and works perfectly, it’s just that the change in ownership or whatever sent the place to insanity and chaos."
