"TL;DR- buy Ivermectin from CVS I brought my family into CLR because of the excellent reviews and immediate assistance they were able to provide. We had a great experience on the day of the treatment (8/11) and returned a week later (8/18) later to double check, as we kept finding some nits but were assured it they likely dead. Almost a week after our complimentary comb-through, we found more bugs in our kids' hair (pictures attached). We had to deal with the situation ourselves using the Ivermectin shampoo, which worked EXTREMELY well and finally did the job. I called back to address the issue and Jason, presumably the owner, yelled at me, accused me of lying, and dared me to leave a poor review. Which sucks, because his staff was awesome. If you go, I hope your experience is better. But again, the ivermectin treatment works really well, is a fraction of the cost, and doesn't take a lot of effort. Protip- kids with a lot of hair may need two tubes of the lotion."

"So happy I was able to find this place! My daughter is mixed with extremely thick and curly hair so when she came home from a sleep over and I found lice I began to panic immediately. This was a big fear with her hair type but Michelle was able to help us so much and ease my mind. I’m not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical if this would work but it did! Also the owner answered all my questions I had a few days after our visit. They are very knowledgeable and definitely worth the money!"
