"So Talaman and Burstynowicz have always been really good doctors but they have a Nurse Practitioner named Chaikcic I will never schedule with again and I dont recommend anyone else either. Around Nov I came to her in severe pain, my muscles hurt so bad. She said in her own words "We arent meant to not hurt our whole lives" telling me I am just getting older and its normal aches and pains. A week later I developed a bullseye rash and was diagnosrd with Lymes disease after positive bloodwork. The Lymes disease was causing an inflammatory response in my muscles causing severe muscle pain, but what do we know the difference between old age and disease? So fast forward to this past week. I have been having severe back pain at night and I again ended up scheduled with her. She had an xray done but again was super dissmissive of my issue. She does not care about diagnosing her patients just wants a quick in and out to collect her paycheck. Anyways WVU says nothing was found on the xray and she sends me a referal for physical therapy. I was not settling for the answer. I scheduled with a Chiropractor and a Orthopedic doctor to get other opinions. The Chiropractor was the sooner appointment. He did xrays and showed me they are not normal. My spine is shifting to the right and my bones are deteriorating in my upper back and have calcium deposits. He did one small adjustment to straighten where my spine was shifting to the right and a week later about 70% of the pain is gone! Needless to say Chaikcic is a horrible dismissive doctor who just wants the paycheck. She will not do more for you than a basic checkup. If you have a serious issue see someone else because she is useless in helping those of us with serious issues."

"Know that smithfield doctors office moved to this location it is absolutely terrible! If you were sick that made room to get you in to be seen..now they move to a bigger facility with more doctors, and can't even get you in within a couple days. I Will find another doctor that truly cares for their patients. So if your looking for a family doctors office..this isn't the place!! So if your sick and need an appt asap don't call this office! Only waste your time."
