"I have to say that although I truly miss Dr. Southwick, Dr. Ishmael is awesome. I respect her opinion and her judgment. Although my husband was present during our examination, she still asked me if it was ok to discuss confidential information. After exam, she told me like it was, and didn’t hold anything back. She was also real about my habits that needed to cease. She confronted my husband and told him how he was slaking in making sure his wife was doing what was needed. She spoke to us both about how we can practice looking out for each other when it comes to health. I would recommend anyone to make an appointment with Dr. Ishmael."

"My boyfriend uses this office. They are kind and even called to check on him when he nissed an appt. He said he likes it. The wait isnt too long either."

"My husband took the day off work to go to his appointment which I had scheduled for him two weeks prior. When he got there for his afternoon appointment, the place was all locked up and no cars were in the lot. When he called the number that I had scheduled his appointment through, he was told that no one came to work that day. When he asked why they hadn't called him, they responded because no one came to work today. Who the hell was he talking to then? If it was an answering service it should have been their responsibility to call and cancel the scheduled appointments. Save yourself the inconvenience of dealing with this poorly managed center."
