"So I don’t usually do reviews but since I know I myself use reviews to decide on a place I thought it best to try to help someone else out. I went here for a surgical abortion. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and seemingly caring. There was a wait time but I honestly didn’t mind too much. My problem is, they messed up on my surgery. They left retained product in me which led to me still bleeding heavily a week later. I went into my er to find out there was retained tissue from them incorrectly doing the procedure and I had to get an emergency d and c done to remove the tissue and stop the heavy bleeding. The “doctor” that did my procedure was nice but talked the entire time she performed the surgery to the two other nurses in the room and didn’t seem to actually focus on the literal surgery she was doing. The facility itself also seemed quite outdated and the recovery room was one big sort to say waiting room that all patients were moved to."

"I traveled out of state to go to this facility. When I say the staff here are the most kind, compassionate and understanding people, I mean it! They were wonderful all around and i recommend this facility to anyone seeking professional compassionate help! Loved the team they have here! Y’all are wonderful and I can’t describe how much kindness was shown by all staff members."

"Do not go here unless you don't mind waiting 6 + hours to be seen by a doctor WITH an appointment. I really hate leaving a 1 star review since this was the only issue but I want it to reach everyone's attention. There must be something different they can do, so their patients don't have to wait so long. Not respectful of our time at all. I had a 2 and a half hour drive to get there, had a sonogram immediately and then waited... And  waited. I lost track after over 6 hours. Mostly everyone else in the waiting room seemed very upset by this too. I was not prepared at to be there for 8 + hours in total.  I understand they have to take certain patients sooner than other due to each situation and what is getting done, BUT PLEASE give a reasonable appointment time so that we don't have to wait so long. I don't understand why I showed up so early to sit in the waiting room my whole day.  This whole situation I was going through was already stressful enough, I don't think they realize how much more stressful they made it. I really hope something changes for future patients. Not all bad tho- All of the nurses and doctors were lovely, very nice and helpful once I actually get to see them.  Went through the procedure with no issues. I am very thankful overall. Just everything leading up to that point was terrible."

"I wish i can give more than 5 stars! These staff are amazing.. From the escorts to the gentleman next to the door and the front desk all the way to the doctor!!! They treated us so amazing! We felt very comfortable and the support was so great!! I dont have not one negative thing to say! God bless you all❤️"

"I wish I could give them more stars. I had to make the very difficult decision to have a procedure done. I was insanely nervous but the staff here were so incredible. They made me feel so safe and comfortable from the moment I walked in on both days. They take extra time to make sure you understand and are comfortable. I am genuinely so thankful for each person that helped me with my procedure. Everything is very clean. The first day I had a little waiting but nothing terrible. The second day I was in and out within 3 hours. The doctors very so friendly and genuinely cared. I was walked through everything that happened. Thank you all so much for helping me through a difficult time. ❤️"
