"Overpriced and they charge a $15 minimum on debit card purchases which is actually illegal and a violation and should be reported to the states attorney general."

"This is a place you go when theres no other place open to buy liquor. You will purchase at a premium, meaning this place is overpriced. Staff were friendly & accommodating but you will pay more than you were expecting."

"As a local guide I rarely provide as much feedback as I should. I prefer to sample stores as much as possible to give employees and the store a fair chance. Sometimes stores have an off day. I made a purchase from Pointer Ridge Liquors at 6 p.m. I had a significant positive dialogue with the owner about my purchase. I was 'carded' which is perfect, then carded again to make sure I was using MY credit card. A little strange but I wanted to be in and out. I returned two hours later and was approached by two teenage boys as I walked toward the door of the store. The guy said he is 24 but forgot his wallet at home. Before he finished I said I can't, I'm sorry. He LOOKED younger than 30, surely younger than 21. Which is all you need to card a person. I waited in line and the same two boys lined up behind me. When it was my turn I asked for what I needed. Started pretty much the same dialogue with the owner. Would you believe it....? I was carded again. I looked to my left since his wife began serving the two guys that asked me to buy them beer. I said aloud......Are you going to card them? She said too late now, right and laughed. Wait! What? The boys laughed and ran out or the store. I said I think they were underage. She shrugged. I told her husband. I think they were underage. Just a shrug from them. You can keep your inventory. I will not shop here. You can't selectively card people. You also can't serve to minors. Drive 5 more minutes and there are two other liquor stores Seven Summers and Rips with nice prices. Selection and policy."
