"terrible experience. We have noise from upstairs, 5 children jumping and running, cleaning even at 3am. Since October, we go to leasing office every week, to ask for help. They just said waiting…but do nothing helpful… Intentionally procrastinating until there is no other room available, and they agree us to change a apartment."
"My two cars got broken in 2 months ago, air bags were stolen. No improvement after talking to the leasing office, still no camera in the parking lot, but rent was raised by a lot! Lived there for a few years now, been through a lot: sinking roof, paper thin wall, bad internet signal, power outage, black water coming out from the tap, terrible pest control, limited parking space, loud neighborhood…all these might be tolerable with a relatively low rent, but with the huge rent raise recently? NO WAY!!! We gotta move out!!"
